SEMTA Privacy Policy

With this statement, SEMTA informs its portal users about its personal data protection policy so that users can freely and voluntarily choose to facilitate or not personal data which could be required or be obtained by accessing or using the Web. Personal data gathered will be computerized and incorporated into the File indicated in the information clause for each section in which personal data can be collected, and which, in accordance with the corresponding norm, is entered into the Data Protection Register.

Except for those fields where otherwise indicated, responses to questions regarding personal data are voluntary, wherein lack of response will not incur in reduction in quality or quantity of the corresponding services, unless otherwise indicated.

SEMTA reserves the right to update, modify, or eliminate information contained in its Web pages, even limiting or not allowing access to this information.

SEMTA is exonerated from any responsibility for damage or prejudice that the user could incur as a consequence of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided, when it proceeds from sources other than SEMTA.
